We are Careerist Management Consultants and even though the name says New Delhi, we actually work out of H.No. C-26 in Ganga Nagar, Meerut. Being on Mawana Road makes it easy for people to find us once they get into this part of UP. Our setup is pretty modest, just a house that we’ve turned into an office space. We spend our time doing consulting work, mostly talking to people about their jobs and how to manage things better. It’s a lot of meetings and phone calls throughout the day. Meerut is a busy place, and Ganga Nagar has its own rhythm. We aren't trying to be one of those huge firms with glass walls. We prefer this local feel where people can just walk in and have a chat without feeling intimidated. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that's just how it is here. We focus on the practical side of management. It’s a lot of honest work and trying to give decent advice to those who ask. We’ve been at this for a while and the office feels like a second home now. Just a small team trying to stay on top of the consulting world from our little corner on Mawana Road. We keep the kettle on and the files sorted, mostly. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is kept.
