Our office is located in Rohini, specifically at G-23/142 in Sector-7. If you’re familiar with Delhi-85, you know it’s a big, spread-out area with a lot of people moving around. Career Shapers Hr Consultancy is where we spend our days. We help people get jobs and help companies find workers when they need them. We’ve been in this sector for a good few years now. The office is a busy place, with the phones ringing pretty often throughout the morning. We spend a lot of time interviewing people and looking over their details to see where they might fit best. It’s not always easy because people are complicated, but we do our best to get it right. The office itself is just a regular room with some partitions and computers. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a movie about big cities, but it works for us. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help them out. Rohini is a good spot because it’s well-connected, and we get people coming in from all over the city. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for something new to do. We just try to keep things organized and help everyone who comes in as quickly as we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us very busy.
