Even though the name says Indore, we are actually working out of Ghaziabad right now. We are located at C/O Sunil Fauji House 261 in Gagan Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main city. Career Makers Hr Services is basically a few of us sitting around a table with our laptops. We started this because we knew a lot about hiring and wanted to do it on our own terms. The house belongs to a family friend, so it’s got a very lived-in feel. There’s usually a cat wandering around somewhere. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. We just have some desks and a few chairs for when people stop by. Most of our work happens over the phone or online anyway. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people about their jobs. It’s a lot of listening, really. Gagan Vihar is a decent place to be based. It’s easy enough for people to find us if they need to. We don’t put on any acts here. We just dress casually and get through the list of tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we work late if there’s a lot to catch up on, but we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s a modest setup, but it works for what we need. We don't make big promises. We just try to help folks find what they are looking for without a lot of fuss.
