Career Genii

We’ve been at Rz 34/233 for a while now, right in Block-K of West Sagar Pur. Career Genii isn't some giant corporation with fancy glass walls. It's just a few of us here in this part of New Delhi. We spend most of our days talking to people about their jobs and trying to figure out where they might fit best. It gets pretty noisy on this street sometimes with all the traffic, but we like being part of the local neighborhood. Delhi is a big place, and finding the right path isn't always easy for anyone. We mostly just sit and listen to what folks are actually looking for. Sometimes we have the answers they need, and other times we just help them look. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. People come in, sit down, and we just talk like regular people. It’s practical work. No big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the task right in front of us. If you're near Sagar Pur, you probably know the area. It’s crowded but it is full of life. We try to stay organized, but with so many resumes and papers around, it’s a constant effort to keep it tidy. We just take it one person at a time and see what happens. That’s how we've always done things here at our spot in Haryana.
