Career Crafts is located at 1573 Sector-16 in Faridabad, Haryana. It’s a residential-style area so it feels a bit more relaxed than the middle of Delhi, but we stay just as busy. We work on things related to careers, which mostly means helping people figure out their next steps or helping companies find the right staff. The office is a simple setup within the sector and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. People from all over Faridabad come to see us. It’s a lot of talking to people, listening to what they need, and trying to match them up with the right opportunities. We don’t have a big HR department or anything; it’s just us doing the work directly. Sometimes it’s a bit stressful when a deadline is approaching, but usually, we just take it step by step. Sector-16 is a nice place to work from and it’s easy for people to reach us. We aren't interested in using corporate talk or making things sound more complicated than they are. Finding a job or a new employee is just about putting the right pieces together. We spend our days on the phone, answering emails, and meeting folks who drop by the office. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a reliable one for the local community that knows how to get things sorted out.
