We are over at D-6 in the JMD Hostel building in Sector-58, Noida. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we get the work done. The area is pretty busy, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading to their shifts. Most days, we are just sitting here going through resumes and talking to people on the phone about jobs. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been in this part of Noida for a bit now and know the local tea stall nearby pretty well. It's just a small team of us handling HR stuff for different companies. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet acts up, but we manage. If you’re looking for the place, just look for the JMD Hostel sign, we are right there. We don't really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing here every day, it's more of a relaxed vibe. Just regular people trying to help other people find work or manage their staff better. Noida is full of offices like ours, but we like our little corner in Sector-58. It’s convenient for us and close enough to the main roads. Nothing too flashy, just Bvi Hr Practices doing what we do every weekday. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of paperwork, but that's just how it goes in this business. We just take it one day at a time here.
