Our office is at Ap- 7 E, Pitampura, New Delhi-88. Blue Sky Hr Solutions P Ltd has been based in this part of the city for a good while. Pitampura is a lively place, and being here puts us right in the middle of everything. We aren't a giant company with floors of people. We’re just a small team working out of a modest space. There’s usually a lot of paperwork on the desks and the sound of keyboards clicking. We handle human resources stuff, which mostly means talking to people all day. It can get a bit tiring, but it's what we know how to do. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some regular tea. The building we are in is pretty standard for New Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just try to be useful to the people who walk through our door. It’s a practical business, and we keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our days are spent on the phone or answering emails. We've got a window that looks out onto the street, which is nice for a bit of a distraction.
