Blue Dart Courier Services

If you go to the Janakpuri District Centre, you will find us at 10, G-11. We are the Blue Dart Courier Services branch for this area. It is a busy spot because the District Centre has so many offices and people coming through for shopping or work. Most of our day is spent weighing parcels, taping up boxes, and sorting through the paperwork that comes with sending things across the country. The counter is usually covered in labels and pens. It gets a bit hectic around the late afternoon when everyone realizes they need to get their packages out before the final pickup. We have a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting the addresses right and making sure nothing gets left behind. The space is practical, with lots of shelves for holding onto the incoming deliveries until people come to pick them up. Sometimes the scanners don't want to read a barcode, or a box is leaking, and we just deal with it as it happens. It is not the kind of job where you sit around much. We are right there in the middle of the G-block shops. It is a lot of standing and moving boxes, but it is a good location for a courier point because everyone knows where the District Centre is. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the packages moving out the door.
