Birlasoft (India) Limited has a place here on the 2nd floor of building 156 in Sunlight Colony. We are right in the Ashram area of New Delhi, which is famous for its traffic and constant motion. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. It’s always noisy with cars and bikes, but we’ve grown to like the hum of the city. The office isn't anything too special to look at. It’s a functional workspace where we handle our daily business. We’ve got our computers, some old filing cabinets, and a kitchen area that sees a lot of use. Sunlight Colony is an older part of the city, so the buildings have some character. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. People know us as the tech folks on the second floor. We don't do those big fancy meetings. Most of our communication is just shouting across the room or sending a quick message. It’s a very hands-on environment. We deal with software and data, but the way we work is very old-school. We just sit down and put in the hours. When the day is done, we join the crowd at the Ashram crossing to head home. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well. We don't need a polished corporate office to do good work. It’s about the effort we put in every morning when we arrive.
