Bhalla Agency

If you're near the City Park Hotel in Pitampura, you can find Bhalla Agency at shop number 92 in the Dp Block. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. We’ve been here in Pitampura for quite a while now, and we know most of the other shopkeepers in the block. It’s a lively place, especially in the evenings when people are out and about. We handle various agency tasks, mostly things that people in the neighborhood need help with. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a fancy waiting area. Usually, people just stand by the counter and we sort things out right there. The Dp Block is a good location for us because it’s easy for folks to find. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees or anything like that. It’s just us running the shop day to day. We keep our records in ledgers and on the computer, trying to stay on top of everything. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when a few customers come in at once, but we manage somehow. Pitampura is a busy part of town, and we like being right in the middle of it. We don't have any big slogans or any flashy signs. We just open the shutters in the morning and get to work until it’s time to head home. It's been our routine for years and we're used to it.
