Our setup is located at the Community Hall in Rohini Sector 5. If you know where the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute is, we’re right near there. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. Bhadani Quantity Surveyors and Training is a bit of a mouthful, but it explains what we do. We help people learn about quantity surveying and handle some of that work ourselves too. It’s a technical field, but we try to explain it in ways that make sense to the students and clients who come by. Being in a community hall gives it a different feel than a corporate office park. It feels more connected to the people around here. We’ve got classrooms and a space where we do our consulting work. It gets pretty lively when a new batch of students starts their training. We aren't some massive university; we’re just specialists who know our stuff and want to pass it on. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, or the tea lady is late, but we get through the day. We’ve been in Rohini for quite some time now. We’ve seen the streets get busier and the area develop. We don't use big fancy words to describe ourselves.
