Bfactor Technologies

Based right here in Delhi, we’re a small group of people who really like technology. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of computers humming away. We didn't bother with expensive decorations or fancy rugs because we’re mostly focused on the screens anyway. There are wires everywhere and probably too many empty water bottles on the side tables. We usually get in around ten and stay until the work is finished, which sometimes takes longer than we planned. Lunch is usually something ordered from a local place nearby, eaten while we’re still talking about some bug or a piece of code. It’s a bit messy, and it’s definitely not corporate. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending formal emails for every little thing. Delhi is a big, fast city, and we’re just a small part of it. Some days are stressful when things don't work the way they should, but we just keep trying until they do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do work that makes sense and keep the lights on. It’s a pretty simple setup, and that’s how we like it. We’re just regular folks who happen to be good with tech stuff, trying to make it in the city. If there's a problem, we just huddle up and figure it out together.
