Atco Aluminium Systems

Our shop is tucked into Plot No 4 in the Raghushree Market, right near Ajmeri Gate. If you know that area, you know it is absolutely packed with people and vehicles from dawn until dusk. The noise is constant, but it is the kind of energy that keeps you moving. We work mostly with aluminium sections and frames. There is always a saw running somewhere, so there are tiny silver shavings all over the floor by noon. We try to sweep up, but it is a losing battle until the end of the day. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about how we stack the long aluminium rods. Sometimes they stick out a bit towards the door. We spend a lot of time measuring things twice because once you cut a piece of metal, you can't exactly put it back together. The office part is just a small corner with a wooden desk and a calendar that is usually a few months behind. We get a lot of walk-in traffic from the market, people just popping their heads in to ask about a frame or a fix. It is a bit cramped and definitely not a corporate environment. We just wear our regular clothes, get our hands dirty, and make sure the orders are ready when the customers come back to pick them up in their rickshaws or small vans later on.
