Our office is located at Quarter No. 1065 in R.K. Puram, New Delhi. The name is Ascent Human Solutions Pvt.Ltd. R.K. Puram is a big government colony area, so it’s a lot of similar-looking buildings and leafy streets. We’ve been in this quarter for some time now. It’s not a fancy office building, just a regular space we’ve converted for our work. We do human resources and staffing. It involves a lot of talking to people and checking their backgrounds. We have stacks of files and a few computers. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our work comes from people who know us. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We drink a lot of chai and get through the paperwork. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes things a bit slow, but we keep at it. We’ve got a small group of people working here. Everyone knows their job. We don’t have fancy titles or big meetings. We just sit down and do what needs to be done. Being in R.K. Puram is convenient for many of us. It’s a central enough spot. We’ve been through many seasons here, watching the trees change and the traffic get heavier. It’s just our little corner where we try to help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s honest work.
