Ascent Human Solution

Ascent Human Solution is based in H-3, Sector-11, Noida. If you’ve been to Sector-11, you know it’s mostly offices and small factories. Our building is a simple two-story structure and we take up a good portion of it. The entrance is a bit plain, but once you’re inside, it’s a very busy place. We have a lot of desks lined up, and everyone has their own little pile of stuff they’re working on. There’s a small meeting room in the back with a table that wobbles a little if you lean on it too hard. We spend most of our hours talking to people on the phone or typing out emails. It’s a steady pace of work, and we don’t have much time for standing around. The pantry is where most of us spend our breaks, usually talking about local news or whatever is happening in Noida that day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not really a priority right now. We’re more focused on getting through the stack of files on our desks. It’s a no-nonsense kind of office. We don’t go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a decent place to work with people who have been around for years. The parking lot gets full early, so we usually arrive a bit before nine.
