We are located at 52, Deepak Building in Nehru Place. If you’ve ever been to NP, you know how hectic it gets with all the computer shops and people running around. Our office is up in the building, away from some of that noise, but you can still feel the buzz. Aryan Hr Consulting Pvt Ltd is basically a few rooms filled with desks and people talking. We spend most of our time on calls or going through piles of documents. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we often end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone just kind of knows their job. We don’t do a lot of formal meetings; we just talk over the partitions. The lighting is a bit bright, and the air conditioner is a bit old, but it keeps us cool enough. We see a lot of people coming in for interviews or just to drop off papers. It’s a steady stream of faces. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get covered in sticky notes. It’s a real office with real people, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything more than that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay productive until the evening.
