Arun Trading Corporation

Arun Trading Corporation is located at 80 G. B. Road, right on Shraddhanand Marg. If you know the area, you know it’s the heart of the hardware and machinery trade. Our shop is old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s home to us. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, stuffed with all sorts of parts and tools that people need. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but I can find anything you ask for within a minute or two. We’ve been here for decades, and the floorboards have a certain creak to them that I’ve grown fond of. The traffic on G. B. Road is constant, and the noise of horns and engines is just part of the background music for us. We don't have any fancy displays; we just put the stuff out where people can see it. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we’ll give them a fair shake and won't waste their time. We spend a lot of time cleaning the dust off the stock because it just never stops coming in from the street. My son is starting to take over more of the daily tasks, which is a relief for my old back. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, day in and day out, making sure the orders are right.
