We are located at Office No. 68 on Shradhanand Marg. Most people know this area near Barakhamba Chowk because of all the traffic and the old buildings. Our office is a straightforward place where we deal with bearings and other mechanical parts. It’s often a bit greasy and smells like metal and oil, which is just part of the job. We have shelves full of different sizes of bearings, and sometimes it takes a while to find the exact one someone is asking for. The office isn't very large, and the desk is usually covered in old invoices and parts catalogs. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or explaining to a customer why a certain part is delayed. It gets quite hot in the summer months, and the small fan in the corner doesn't do much, but we keep going. You can hear the horns honking from the street all day long. We have been in this location for quite some time, so we know most of the other shopkeepers on the block. It’s a plain, no-nonsense kind of work environment. People come in with broken parts, and we see if we have the right replacement in the back. Sometimes we do, sometimes we have to wait for the next delivery. It’s just a regular daily routine for us here at the office.
