Arg Personnel Network

We are based out of Chittaranjan Park, which most people just call CR Park, in New Delhi 19. Arg Personnel Network is what we call ourselves, and we focus on the personnel side of things, which mostly involves looking for the right people for different roles. CR Park is a really distinct neighborhood with a lot of character and great food nearby, which is a nice perk for us. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a standard workspace where we spend our hours making calls and looking through piles of resumes. We get a lot of people calling in or visiting to talk about work opportunities. It can get pretty busy, especially when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. The atmosphere is generally quiet except for the constant ring of the telephones. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do. It is just about connecting people with work that needs doing. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a tea kettle that gets a lot of use. Being in New Delhi 19 means we are right in the thick of it, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the recruitment work as best as we can without any unnecessary fuss or polished marketing talk for the clients.
