Arc Management

Our office is down in Nehru Nagar, specifically at 12/20. It's a busy part of New Delhi and there is always something going on outside the window. We do management work here. That basically means a lot of paperwork, keeping track of different files, and making sure everything is where it should be when someone needs it. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it definitely needs doing. We’ve got a small crew here. We drink a lot of tea and spend most of the day on the computer or the phone talking to people. The office is tucked away a bit, so if you’re not looking for it, you might walk right past the door. We don't really mind that. It keeps things a bit quieter for us to get our work done. We deal with all sorts of situations every single day. Every day is a little different depending on who calls or what comes in the mail. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate giant or anything like that. We’re just local people working in the neighborhood. We know the local shops and where to get a decent lunch for a good price. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until the lights come back on. It happens. We try to be helpful when we can. If a client has a problem, we look into it and try to find a solution that makes sense for them. No big speeches or anything like that. Just getting the job done and going home at the end of the day.
