We are located over in Sant Nagar, which is right in the East of Kailash area of Delhi. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets pretty busy with people moving around all the time. Our office handles HR business solutions, which basically means we spend most of our day on the phone or looking at resumes on our screens. It isn't a huge corporate space with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular office where a few of us sit and try to help people find work or help companies figure out their staffing. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is the highlight of the afternoon when things get a bit quiet. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals recognize us. The building isn't anything fancy, but it serves its purpose for what we do. Delhi heat can be a bit much in the summer, especially when the AC is struggling, but we manage to get through the piles of paperwork regardless. We don't really do big advertising or anything. Most people just find us because they need help with hiring or they are looking for a job themselves. It is a simple setup here in Sant Nagar. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and start going through the emails. That’s pretty much how a typical day goes for us at Apt Hr.
