We have been running this copier service for a good while now from our spot in Ashok Vihar Phase II. You can find us at D D A S F S Flats 24. It’s not a big fancy office, just a workspace where we keep all the tools and spare parts for the machines that people bring in. A lot of our day is spent dealing with toner spills and trying to figure out why a particular copier is making a weird clicking sound. It’s a local business, so we know most of the people around the DDA flats. Sometimes someone will just drop by because their machine stopped working right in the middle of a big job. We don’t have a receptionist or anything, so usually, whoever is free just answers the door. The place is often a bit messy with open machines and wires everywhere. We keep a lot of old manuals on the shelves because you never know when someone will bring in a really old model that needs a specific fix. It’s just honest work. We don't have any big slogans. We just try to get the machines back to working order so people can get their documents printed. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so it gets warm in here, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a steady life here in the flats, fixing one roller or drum at a time. We've been here for years.
