Any Time Hr

Any Time Hr is based out of an apartment in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Extension. We are specifically in 17/803, East End Apartment, which is quite easy to find if you’re coming from the New Ashok Nagar side. Being right opposite that metro station helps because people can just hop off and walk over to us. The apartment setup is comfortable; it doesn't feel like those cold, empty offices you see in big commercial complexes. We’ve got a small team here. Our main thing is helping people find work and helping companies find staff, but we do it in a very low-key way. Sometimes the phone rings all morning and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. Since we're in a residential complex, it feels more like a community. You see the same neighbors every day while we’re busy looking through resumes or calling up candidates. The Delhi heat can be a bit much, but the trees around East End Apartment keep things a little cooler. We started this because there’s always someone looking for a job and someone else looking for a worker, so it made sense to just set up shop here. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the person we send for a job actually shows up and does a good day’s work. It's practical stuff, really. Most days we're just drinking tea and matching names to roles.
