Antz Hr Services is right here in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, at G-2. It’s a simple ground-floor office in a mostly residential neighborhood. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working on HR stuff. We spend our days looking through piles of resumes and talking to people on the phone. The office is pretty small, so we’ve had to get creative with how we store all our files. We have shelves all the way to the ceiling. It’s not a fancy place with modern art or designer furniture. We have some basic desks and chairs and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. Sarita Vihar is a nice place to work because it doesn't feel as chaotic as the center of Delhi. We can usually find a quiet spot to eat our lunch. We don't have a big PR team to make us look important. We just do our work and try to help people find jobs. It’s a straightforward business. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just have to wait it out. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live in the block. It feels like a very normal, human place to work. We don't have any corporate missions or anything like that. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. It’s honest and it keeps us busy.
