Amii Design Group

Our studio is on the top floor of M53, Lane No 2, right in the Batla House area of Okhla. It’s pretty close to the Khalilullah Masjid, so it’s easy to find if you know that landmark. Being on the top floor means we get a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the rooftops of Delhi. We are a design group, which means we spend our days sketching and working on computers. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good space once you’re up here. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but that’s just how we work. We aren't a big corporate firm; we’re just a small group of designers trying to make things look good. Okhla is a busy, crowded place, but inside the office, it’s mostly quiet except for the clicking of mice. We do all sorts of design tasks, from small logos to bigger layouts. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign outside. It’s more of a workshop feel. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels alive. There’s always something happening in the street below. We just try to stay focused on the work and get things finished on time. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We don’t really do the whole sales talk thing. We just show what we’ve made. It is better to let the designs speak for themselves and we hope people like what we do.
