Our office, Arkhion Design Pvt. Ltd., is down on the ground floor of L-42 in Sector 11, Noida. It’s a pretty standard spot in this part of town. Sector 11 has a mix of everything, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of what’s going on outside. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Usually, people just find us by the address. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We’ve got some old chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing here. We don't have meetings about meetings. Instead, we just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s much faster that way. Noida can be a bit gray with all the buildings and construction, so we try to keep things simple inside. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up during the peak of summer, and we all just complain about it together while we work. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to finish our projects and make sure the details are right. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. No fancy corporate statements here, just people doing their jobs at L-42 and heading home when it’s time to leave for the day.
