You can find us at E-15, Rose Apartments, in the Sector-14 Extension of Rohini. The name is a bit long—Architects Builders Interior Designers Etc—but it pretty much says what we do without any extra fluff. We work out of a space in the apartment complex, so it’s more of a home-office vibe than a big glass tower. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings, talking to contractors, or trying to figure out why a shipment of tiles hasn't arrived yet. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines are looming, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We’re not the type of people who wear suits and ties every day. Usually, we’re a bit dusty from visiting building sites or we have ink on our hands from marking up plans. Rohini is a big area, and being in Sector-14 means we’re right in the thick of things. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People usually find us because they live in Rose Apartments or they know someone we’ve worked with before. We just try to be practical and give people honest advice about their homes. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them. It’s just us, working hard in our little corner of Delhi, trying to make things look a bit better for the people we help.
