We are tucked away in Paharganj at 104-C Arambagh. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and being here means we’re right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a bit of an old-school neighborhood, and our office reflects that. We go by American Express here, but it’s a local setup where we handle various bits of paperwork and customer queries. The building is older, and you have to know which door to knock on to find us. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We’ve got some filing cabinets, a few old desks, and a ceiling fan that’s seen better days. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy with the work at hand. Paharganj has a certain feel to it, and we’ve become part of the local scenery over the years. Most of us live nearby or take the metro in, and we’ve learned how to navigate the narrow lanes around Arambagh without getting lost. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just the standard daily grind. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back, chatting about the neighborhood news. It’s a simple life and a simple office. We do our best to help whoever walks through the door or calls us up. There isn't much more to it than that. It’s just a group of us trying to make it through the week.
