Alp Hr Services

You can find us over at 746, Pocket-1, in Paschimpuri. It’s part of the Punjabi Bagh area in New Delhi-63, so it gets pretty crowded during the rush hours. Alp Hr Services has been operating from this little corner for a bit now. Hiring and dealing with people is what fills our hours. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at resumes all day long. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of notebooks filled with names. We see a lot of people coming in looking for work or asking about different companies. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the weather or the traffic on the main road. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and we barely have time to grab lunch from the local stalls nearby. Living and working in West Delhi means you get used to the noise and the constant movement. We try to keep things straightforward here. If someone needs help with a job, we talk to them like normal people, not like some big HR department in a skyscraper. Paschimpuri is a good spot because it’s connected to everything. We’ve grown fond of this pocket of the city. It’s where we belong and where we do our bit every day. No frills, just regular work.
