Our office is in Room No. 6 at 133/9 in Kishangarh. It is right there in the Vasant Kunj area of New Delhi, but Kishangarh has a much different feel than the main malls nearby. It is a bit crowded and the lanes can be narrow, but we like being here. We focus on education and recruitment, which basically means we talk to a lot of young people who are trying to figure out their next step in life. The room isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We have some files stacked up and a couple of computers that stay on all day. You can hear the traffic from the street and the neighbors talking, which is just how it is in this part of Delhi. People come in and out looking for advice or jobs. We try to keep things simple and honest with them when they sit across from us. Sometimes we have a lot of tea while we go through applications and talk about the latest openings. Allive Educational Initiatives & Recruitments isn't some big fancy agency with a glass front. We are just a small team in a small room trying to help people get where they want to go. It gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of students visiting at once, but we manage. It’s just regular work for us, day in and day out, right here in the middle of Kishangarh.
