We are set up at 112, Csp Flats in East Of Kailash. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is nice because it doesn't feel like a cold business district. All About Staffing (I) Pvt Ltd. is basically what the name says—we help find people for jobs. We’ve been doing this from our New Delhi office for some time now. It’s a small team here. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a lot of listening, really. Some people come in very nervous, and we try to make them feel okay. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and a stack of folders that never seems to get any smaller. We aren't some giant agency with branches in every city. We just know the local job market around here. East Of Kailash is a good spot, plenty of places to grab a quick bite during lunch. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paper, but we know where everything is. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to help someone find a job and help a company find a worker. There's no fancy coffee machine here, just a kettle and some instant packets. We’ve built a decent reputation just by being honest with folks, even when the news isn't great. We just keep plugging away at it. It is honest work and we like being part of this neighborhood.
