You’ll find Al-Naved Exports Pvt Ltd over at T-250 on Id Gah Road. We are right in the thick of things in Quresh Nagar, near Sadar Bazar. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it is incredibly crowded and loud. There’s always someone moving a cart or a truck trying to squeeze through the narrow streets. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. We handle exports, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with shipping containers and customs papers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The building we are in has seen better days, but it serves us well. Most of us have been working here for years, so we’ve grown used to the noise from the market and the smell of the nearby tea stalls. It’s not a polished environment. We have boxes stacked in corners and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But the work gets done. We know all the local transporters and they know us, which helps when we need to get a shipment out fast. Sometimes the monsoon rains flood the streets around Sadar Bazar, making it almost impossible to move anything, but we just wait it out and start again the next day. We don't have a big marketing department. People know us through our work and because we’ve been on Id Gah Road for a long time. It’s a busy, messy, and honest way to make a living.
