Akiko Callnet , Lucknow

Our office for Akiko Callnet is located at A-13, on the 3rd floor of the Andrews Ganj Extension in New Delhi. Even though the name says Lucknow, this is where we are actually working from. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at our screens. We do a lot of call-related work and networking stuff. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking on the phone. It’s a busy environment with headsets everywhere. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we are a smaller team just trying to keep up with the calls and the technical side of things. Andrews Ganj is a decent area, and we’ve made our home here in this extension. The stairs up to the third floor keep us moving. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the equipment we need to do the job. Some days are loud, and some are quiet, depending on how many calls are coming in. We just handle the work as it arrives. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just talk like normal people and try to solve the problems that come our way. It’s a functional space for a functional business. We’ve been at A-13 for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the daily routine of the 3rd floor, answering phones and sorting out connections.
