Ais Pvt Ltd

Ais Pvt Ltd is located up in Rohini, Delhi. It’s a big area, but we have our own little corner where we set up shop. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some old computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor that we really should tidy up one day. Being in North Delhi means we are a bit far from the main city center, but it’s a good place to be. The neighborhood is full of families and small shops, so it feels very grounded. We don't have a fancy entrance or any glass elevators. You just come up the stairs and find us. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the place cool enough to work. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to be done while the kettle boils. There isn't much of a hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and do whatever is needed. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, and we just use that time to organize our files or catch up on things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job and keep our heads down. The neighborhood is friendly, which makes the long days feel a bit shorter. Lunch is often something we order from the local dhaba around the corner. It’s a simple life here in Rohini, and we’re quite happy with the way things are going in our small office.
