Aima

Aima has been around since August 2004. It’s funny looking back at how things started. Back then, there was this focus on 65.12% marks, which was a specific detail from a certain time in New Delhi. We are still based in Delhi, and the city has changed so much since we first opened our doors. We aren't a giant operation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who have been doing this for nearly twenty years now. The way we work is pretty straightforward. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. Most of our days are spent just keeping things moving and making sure the people who rely on us are taken care of. Being in New Delhi means dealing with the traffic and the heat, but it is home. We remember when we first set things up and how much effort went into those early days. The 2004 start date is something we talk about sometimes when we’re having lunch. It feels like a lifetime ago. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other small business in the city. Some years were better than others, but we stayed through all of it. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way.
