Aet Shipmanagement India(Pvt)Ltd is situated on the fourth floor of Satya Niketan, specifically at Shop No.2. It is right opposite Venketeshwara College, so there are always hundreds of students walking around outside. It makes the area very lively, and there are plenty of food stalls nearby where we get our lunch. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of exercise every day. The office itself is not huge, but we managed to fit everything we need inside. Even though we deal with ship management, we are right in the middle of land-locked New Delhi. It is a bit funny when you think about it. The office can get a little noisy because of the college crowd and the traffic below, but we just close the windows and get on with it. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls throughout the day. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and computers, but we are used to working close together. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes, which is just part of living in this city. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a few chairs for visitors. It is a busy place, but we like being in Satya Niketan because there is always something happening outside our window.
