We've been working out of Wz 1830 in Multani Mohalla for a while now. Rani Bagh is a busy place, and Sukar Basti is right nearby. Most days are just about getting the work done and keeping up with the calls. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and computers where we spend most of our time. It gets loud outside sometimes with the local market noise, but we are used to it by now. People ask what we do here and it's mostly just handling business processes for others. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. We started small and stayed that way, which works for us. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a door on the street. It’s practical. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up. It’s a regular job. We’ve known the neighbors for years. There’s a sense of just being part of the neighborhood. We handle the tasks that come in and try to stay on top of things. It’s not a flashy life but it pays the bills. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us.
