You can find our office in Chota Kaila, Ghaziabad, right behind the Devi Mandir at H.No. 1263. Being behind the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers, which is actually kind of nice during a busy day. Aegis Bpo Sevises is a small operation compared to the giant BPOs you hear about in the news. We handle calls and back-office tasks for different clients. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on the phone at the same time. Ghaziabad is a busy city, and our little corner in Chota Kaila is no different. People come in for different shifts because the work never really stops. The office is just a regular building, nothing fancy. We have our desks, our headsets, and a small area for breaks. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just how it is in U.P. sometimes. A big corporate culture isn't something we have here. We're just a bunch of people working hard to make sure the customers on the other end of the line are getting their questions answered. It’s a job that requires a lot of patience. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a rickshaw to work. It’s a local business through and through, just doing our part in the BPO world. We just keep our heads down and work.
