Adventure Placement Services

Adventure Placement Services is situated in Rohini, Sector 9, at number 76 in the Bhagya Laxmi Apartments. It’s on Plot No: 24/3. Being in an apartment building means we know our neighbors well. We focus on placement stuff, helping people find where they need to go. The office is usually full of people coming in for interviews or just dropping off their resumes. It can get a bit hectic on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for updates. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait in. It’s not a luxury lounge, just a regular room with some fans to keep the air moving. Delhi-85 can get really hot, so those fans are always on. We don’t have a big corporate structure. I usually handle the phone calls myself while the others look through the applications. We’ve been in Rohini for a while and we like the community here. It feels like a real neighborhood. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of our notes are still written down on paper pads. It’s a practical way to work and it keeps us from getting confused. We just try to be helpful to the folks who walk through our door. There’s no hidden agenda or complex mission statement. We just do the work of matching people with jobs every single day.
