Adriyana Solutions Pvt Ltd is tucked away in East of Kailash. It is a nice part of New Delhi, but we are just in a standard building like everyone else. We aren't one of those high-tech startups with bean bags and ping pong tables. We just have chairs that are a bit old and desks that have seen better days. We do a lot of our work on the phone and on our computers. It isn't a glamorous life. Sometimes we stay late because a project is being stubborn. Other times, we leave a bit early if things are quiet. We do not have a big corporate manual telling us how to breathe. We just use our common sense. The people who work here have been together for a bit, so we know each other's habits. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the news. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish our tasks and go home to our families. It is a straightforward business. We do not try to sound smarter than we are. If we don't know something, we just say so and then try to find out. East of Kailash is a good spot because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We are just a local team trying to stay busy and do honest work. That is the whole story of Adriyana Solutions.
