Adler International Pvt Ltd is located at 17/137 in Subhash Nagar. If you know New Delhi, you know this part of town has a lot going on all the time. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s a decent building and we’ve made ourselves comfortable in the space. There’s a few of us here and we mostly just focus on our daily tasks without much fuss. We don’t really go in for those long meetings that don’t lead anywhere. Usually, we just sit down, figure out what needs doing for the day, and get to it. Subhash Nagar can be pretty crowded, especially in the afternoons, so we usually try to get our deliveries and errands done in the morning. Our office at 17/137 is where everything happens. It’s got everything we need even if it’s not the most modern place you’ve ever seen. We like it that way because it feels more real. We do international work but we’re still very much a local bunch of people. Most of us grew up around here or at least in Delhi. Dealing with global stuff while sitting in Subhash Nagar is an interesting mix. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers but we just keep going. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t have a lot of rules about how to talk or dress, as long as the work is finished on time. We've been here for years.
