We have a few rooms set up for the office work. The kitchen area is where most people hang out when they need a break from the computers. Adecco Workforce Solutions Pvt. Ltd has its spot here and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. No flashy lights or expensive art on the walls, just some desks and some filing cabinets that probably need sorting. Vikas Puri is a nice part of town, though it can get crowded on the weekends. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of talking, actually. We just want to get the jobs filled and make sure the paperwork is done right. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything throughout the day. Things get done eventually.
