We are based with Adecco S.A over here on the third floor of the DDA flats in Sarita Vihar, specifically in Pocket N at number 270B. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi and we’ve been operating out of this location for a good while now. Most days start with us getting the keys and settling into the office. It isn’t a fancy place, just a regular workspace where we handle a lot of paperwork and talk to people looking for jobs. Sometimes the elevator is slow or doesn't work at all, so we just take the stairs to the third floor. People drop by throughout the day to ask about openings or to hand over their resumes. We try to keep things organized but it gets a bit hectic when several people arrive at once and the phone won't stop ringing. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite grounded and real. We don't have a big flashy sign out front. It is just us doing our daily tasks and trying to match people with what they need. There is a small tea stall where we often go for short breaks. Being in Sarita Vihar means we see a lot of local faces. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here, just working through the piles of documents and keeping the phones answered. The office has plenty of windows so we get some sunlight while we type away. It is a straightforward setup. We keep the files in order. It is just a normal day-to-day operation in the flats.
