Adecco India

We are located at A-232 on the first floor in Surya Nagar. That is over in Ghaziabad. This is the Adecco India office for this area. It is not a huge place, just a regular office space where we handle staffing. We spend our time looking for people who need work and companies that need help. It is a lot of paperwork and interviewing. I usually get in early to start going through the applications. The first floor gets a bit of noise from the street below. We do not have any fancy posters or big mission statements on the walls. We just have our desks and our computers. We try to be helpful when people come in, but we cannot always find everyone a job immediately. It is a process. Ghaziabad can be a busy place to get to in the mornings. We have been in Surya Nagar for a bit now. We do not use much marketing speak here. We just talk to people like they are people. It is pretty straightforward. We do not pretend to be anything more than a staffing office. Sometimes it is stressful when we have a lot of roles to fill. We just keep at it until the work is finished. It is a simple office life. We do our best to stay organized throughout the week.
