We are located over in Rohini, specifically in Sector 5 at B-6/59. It’s a pretty standard Delhi neighborhood with lots of houses and small businesses mixed together. Our office is one of those places where the phone never seems to stop ringing. We handle a lot of the staffing stuff for different companies, so there are always people coming in with their resumes or asking about job openings. The entrance can be a bit tricky to find if it’s your first time, but once you see the B-6 block, you’re basically there. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of interviews scheduled at the same time, but we manage to make it work. The light in the office is a bit bright, and we usually have a fan going because the air conditioning can be temperamental. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive art for the walls. We just have our calendars and some lists of things to do. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we know the local tea stalls and where to get a decent lunch. It’s a busy environment, but we try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. Every day is different because you never know who is going to walk through the door looking for a new start. It is just basic office work.
