Our office is over at Ramadevi Sadan in Shakti Nagar. The address is 25/8, and it's a pretty well-known building around here near Raghav Dubey. We handle a lot of staffing work for various companies. People come in and out all day long looking for different kinds of jobs. It can get pretty noisy when the phones are ringing and everyone is talking at once. Shakti Nagar has its own rhythm, and we've become part of it over the years. We aren't a massive corporate skyscraper, just a practical office where things get done. There are files everywhere and a couple of computers that have seen better days but still work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who want to start working soon. It's a lot of matching people to what's available right now. Some days are slower than others, but there's always something to organize or a form to fill out. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local shopkeepers know our faces. We aren't doing anything fancy or complicated, just standard recruitment stuff. It’s hard work sometimes, dealing with so many different personalities and requirements from bosses. We just try to stay organized and keep the coffee pot full for the staff. The building itself is a bit old but it’s sturdy. We like the location because it's easy for people to find once they get to Shakti Nagar. That’s what we do here at Adecco India Ltd.
