The office here at Gautam Nagar is where we handle things for Adecco India Ltd. We are located at H-161, right by the Gujjar Dairy. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. The building isn't anything special, just a regular place where we set up our desks and computers. We spend most of our time dealing with employment stuff, which means a lot of people coming in and out all day. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is talking at once. We aren't the kind of place that has a fancy lobby or free snacks. We just have chairs for people to sit while they wait to talk to us. The staff here is small and we’ve all been working together for a good bit of time. We know how things work in Gautam Nagar and we just try to keep the process moving. Sometimes there are a lot of forms to fill out and people get a bit annoyed with the paperwork, but we try to help them through it as much as we can. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just do our jobs and try to match people with what they are looking for. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace by now. It’s just our daily routine in New Delhi, working from morning till evening and helping whoever stops by.
