Our team works out of E-7 in the Kashmir Apartments, located in Saraswati Vihar. It’s part of the Pitampura area in New Delhi-110034. It’s a bit of a mix of a residential and commercial vibe here. We spend our time dealing with human resources and helping people find work. The office isn't a grand corporate headquarters; it’s a practical space within an apartment complex where we can meet and talk. We have a lot of files and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the busy hours. It’s common to see people coming in and out for meetings or to sign papers. We try to keep things friendly and down-to-earth. The local area is pretty busy, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside, it’s just a standard office with desks and chairs. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just look at the facts and try to find the best fit for the roles we have open. It’s steady work and we’ve been doing it for a while now from this specific spot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan hums a bit, but it’s home for us during the work week. We just focus on being useful and getting the resumes sorted out. Sometimes the intercom doesn't work right, but we just walk down to let people in. It's just part of the daily routine.
