Our place, Acro Hr Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is located right inside the Leisure Valley Society in Sector 46 of Faridabad. We work out of Flat No 41/C, which gives the whole place a very domestic and quiet feel compared to a downtown office. It is quite different from being in a high-rise glass building with a hundred other companies. Since we are in a residential society, it stays relatively peaceful throughout the day, except maybe when the kids are coming home from school in the afternoon. We handle HR work here, which mostly involves talking on the phone and checking emails from morning till evening. We’ve set up some desks and computers in what used to be a regular living area of the flat. It works for us because it's comfortable and close to where many people live. We get quite a few visitors who are looking for work or representatives from companies needing help with their staff. Sometimes finding the right flat number can be a bit tricky for newcomers who haven't been to the society before, but once they arrive, it’s just a normal office environment. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time for ourselves and anyone who stops by. The atmosphere is relaxed, and we don't bother with formal suits unless there's a really big meeting on the schedule. We've been part of the Faridabad scene for a while now. It’s a simple setup where we focus on getting the paperwork done and helping people find their way. The windows look out onto the society gardens which is a nice view.
