Ace Executive Search

Ace Executive Search is over in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. It's a busy spot in Delhi, right around Shashi Garden. We've been at C-51/A for a bit now. People come by looking for hiring help. Most days are just spent on the phones or looking through piles of resumes to find the right person for a job. It's not flashy work, but it needs doing. The office isn't massive, but it fits us just fine. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi-91 makes getting here a bit of a trek, but we manage. We handle a lot of search work for different companies. It’s mostly about matching people up with what they need. We don't really do the big fancy speeches about it. It’s just us sitting down and trying to figure out who fits where. If you walk past Shashi Garden, you’ll probably see our sign. It's a quiet office most of the time unless the phones are going off. We try to keep things organized, though paperwork has a way of piling up. Being in Mayur Vihar means we're close to a lot of stuff. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. We stay busy enough with the recruiting side of things. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking details. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day. No big mystery to it, just working through the lists and making calls. The building is a little older, which gives it some character compared to the newer blocks.
